    We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our team at FastTreck Travels. As the first point of contact for our clients, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and providing excellent customer service.

  • Job Responsibility

    - Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
    - Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing accurate information about our travel services.
    - Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
    - Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and staff.
    - Assist with travel bookings, documentation, and coordination of itineraries when required.
    - Maintain records, files, and office supplies inventory.
    - Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth office operations.
    - Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, courier management, and filing.

  • Educational Requirement

    - A minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
    - Very good in English.

  • Experience Requirement

    Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
    We offer Free Training to Freshers.

  • Additional Requirement

    Age: 21–44 years preferred.
    Appearance: Professional and presentable.
    Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Lunch and Tea time)
